WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE AS COMMISSION?
Each client, transaction, and property is unique. As such, there is no fixed commission rate. An agreement will be made at the beginning of the transaction regarding a fair and reasonable sales commission.
DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?
Each state is different. Delaware requires that real estate transactions be completed with an attorney. Pennsylvania and Maryland does not. We typically assist our clients with locating competent counsel in Delaware to ensure a seamless transaction.
HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?
Each property is unique. There is no one size fits all approach to marketing a property for sale. We employ several different marketing strategies depending on many different factors including the valuation, location, and type of property.
HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE?
The length of time for a real estate transaction to be complete varies depending on the property. While it may be possible to complete the sale of a moderately sized single family home in a few weeks, a larger property make take a little longer.
